Description: An artist's impression illustrating the proposed view of the river looking north towards Pulteney Bridge but particularly showing the development of a large riverside cafe on the east bank of the river. The weir is in its original shape prior to it reformation in the 1970s. On the bottom of the photograph is a caption 'Riverside Cafe.' The watercolour is signed in the right hand corner 'IDM Harvey'. Reverse: Pencil note in left hand corner '8 (k)' and photographer's stamp in purple ink 'A.G. Bolwell 8 George Street Bath.'
