This is a plan of the proposed industrial development between the London Midland and Southern Railway in the north and the GWR Railway Line in the south. The site is split by the River Avon. Reverse: Pencil note in left hand corner '10(g)' and photographer's stamp in purple ink 'A.G. Bolwell 8 George Street Bath.'
