Description: A plan entitled 'West Central Area 1944.' The limits of the plan are the Upper Bristol Road in the north; the curve of the Somerset and Dorset Railway in the west ;the GWR line in the south and St James's Cemetery in the east. The principal industrial elements are shown including the Gasworks; the Printing Works and Engineering activities. Reverse: Pencil note in left hand corner '10(b)' and photographer's stamp in purple ink 'A.G. Bolwell 8 George Street Bath.'
