Description: A plan entitled ' Rateable Values.' The limits of the plan are the top of Milsom Street in the north; Carlton Road in the south; Midland Bridge in the west and Laura Place in the east. A reference panel indicating rates per square yard at the left hand bottom corner. The base plan has been overdrawn with the proposed new road scheme through the city and resulting possible development sites. Reverse: Pencil note in right hand corner '8 (c)' and photographer's stamp in purple ink 'A.G. Bolwell 8 George Street Bath.'
