The centre piece of the view is a three storey block with a wing at each corner turned through 45 degrees. Reverse: Pencil notes which does not refer to overleaf 'Guinea Lane: To be submitted to the M. of T. for their observations, no adequate alternative route having been suggested.' and ' CE & T.P.O Development Plan showing method of procedure and area to be ringed (i.e. to buy.)
