Description
Photograph shows a view northwards from Abbey Green along Church Street towards the south side of the Abbey. Foliage from the magnificent plane tree, in Abbey Green, overhangs on the left, below which appears a corrugated fence to the grassed area. Ladders lean against the wall of Abbey Chambers, near to the Abbey, otherwise the view is entirely empty. On the reverse: a pencil note-' Abbey Green', and a red asterisk. B&W
