The proposed Upper Church Street improvements are to take part of the pantry off of No.1 Rivers Street and also take a strip of the garden of this property, as well as the workshops at the back of No.1 Rivers Street. Also take a few feet of land which is part of St. Andrew Church.

The proposed Julian Road improvements involves obtaining a part of the property held at No.1 Ballance Street and the purchase of No.s 3, 4, 5 and 6 Julian Road.

The Camden Road improvements involved acquisition of land forming part of the front gardens and boundary walls of No.2 Prospect Place, No.1 Prospect Place, Belle Vue Villa, and part of the garden and shed adjoining No.13 Lower Camden Place.
