Description: These volumes contain printed minutes of meetings of the full Council and the committees. They are not always as detailed as the signed minutes, sometimes summarising the meetings of the committees, but are indexed. Numerous copies were printed, for use within the Council but also for public use, and a number of sets were transferred to the Record Office at different times. We have kept two complete sets.
