Description: An audio recording of an interview with Mrs Betty Cooper, who describes in detail the process of having treatments in the Physical Treatment Centre and bathing in the Hot Bath, which was known as the old Royal Bath. This was in the early 1970s and recommended as a treatment for a broken coccyx.

The interviewer is Giles White and this interview, along with others, was conducted to aid the development of visitor displays at the Spa Visitor Centre, which opened in August 2006.
