This copy lacks the embellished initial ‘E’ in ‘[E]dwardus’ found in the original and instead leaves a blank space at the start of the text. Certain ascenders and initial letters in the top line are elongated.

Seal:
The Great Seal is pendent by cords. There is a good impression, with minor damage around the edge. This is the second seal of Edward III.
