Probably Edward Harwood, DD as other marginalia is signed 'E.H.' including, at the bottom "Mr. Williams bought for the Bodleian Library all the Books in which Mr Toup had written Remarks as his MSS had been bequeathed to it." There are extensive marginalia naming the purchaser and price throughout the first four days of the sale.
