A single-storey building with a clerestorey of ventilators above a monopitch colonnaded space outside the main structure on both sides. The entrance façade has a tall semi-circular headed arch at the top of a flight of steps flanked by windows on each side with semi-circular heads. A similar building is seen across a courtyard to the right. An Indian servant stands to the left of the building.
