Description
Photograph of a general view of two main brick-built barracks. A small freestanding wall with an "Ishapore" name plate carved in stone is seen in the foreground. The building is typical of army barracks in India; probably named after Ishapore where the Rifle factory, built by the British in 1904, produced the Lee-Enfield rifle for the army. Other cantonment buildings can be seen in the background.
