Description: Photograph presumably taken at Seringapatem. It shows a flight of ceremonial steps leading to a terrace guarded by a elaborate stone balustrade. However, the major building on the site appears to have been removed or demolished. Three European gentleman sit or stand on the lower steps wearing casual suits and topis while three other people sit in the shadow at the top of the steps.
