Description
Photograph of Hyderabad, possibly the Secunderabad Railway Station, built by the Nizam in 1874. The main signage of "Hyderabad" is written in English, Telugu and Urdu scripts. A soldier stands in the centre of the photo framed by an arch above which is signage for "refreshments". A lone woman waits by the sign but the majority of milling people are men and boys.
