Weston, containing in width 37 feet fronting to a new intended road on the south side, and maintaining the same width throughout, and in depth from north to south 308 feet on the west side and 307 feet 6 inches on the east. Bounded on the west by a plot granted or intended to be granted to William Coxhead, and on the east by a plot granted or intended to be granted to Henry Edwards. and all that messuage or dwelling house erected thereon called or known by the name of Albert Lodge.
