Whereas 1. is seized of lands in the p. Weston, c. Somerset, and having formed a design for the granting out of the same in parcels for building has contracted with 3. for the conveyance to him of a parcel of land hereinafter mentioned part of the lands as aforesaid, subject to the hereinafter described rents and covenants; and the said Frances Wiltshire for the affection she bears her said husband has agreed to release her dower in the said lands. And whereas in pursuance of the said contract 3. has erected on the said ground a messuage or dwelling house and has applied to 1. to convey the same to him, to which 1. has agreed.
All that plot of ground situate on the south side of a road called Weston Lane in the p. Weston, containing in width 37 feet fronting to a new intended road on the south side, and maintaining the same width throughout, and in depth from north to south 308 feet on the west side and 307 feet 6 inches on the east. Bounded on the west by a plot granted or intended to be granted to William Coxhead, and on the east by a plot granted or intended to be granted to Henry Edwards. and all that messuage or dwelling house erected thereon called or known by the name of Albert Lodge.
