Description
Will of John Wiltshire of Shockerwick, p. Bathford, c. Somerset, 5 April 1836
Bequeathing to his son John Wiltshire and his nephew John Savage of Henleys, p. Westbury upon Trym, c. Gloucester, Esq., the sum of £6000 in trust, to invest the same and pay the interest and dividends thereon to his Son in Law Lieutenant Colonel Cockrane, during the term of his natural life, and after his decease to his [the said John Wiltshire's] grandsons Charles and James Cockrane, upon their reaching the age of 21 years. In case such legatees should die before the age of 21 years with no issue of their own the said sum to revert to part of the residuary personal estate.
Bequeathing all his lands and tenements and the rest and residue of his estate to his son John Wiltshire, appointing the same sole executor of his estate.
