Whereas Emily Tufnell being at her death seized in fee simple of the freehold premises hereinafter described, subject to a fee farm rent of £7 but otherwise unencumbered, died on 26 April 1929, appointing 1. to be her executors.
Whereas 1. have agreed to sell to 2. the said premises at the cost of £1250

All that plot of ground situate on the south side of a road called Weston Lane in the p. Weston, containing in width 37 feet fronting to a new intended road on the south side, and maintaining the same width throughout, and in depth from north to south 308 feet on the west side and 307 feet 6 inches on the east. Bounded on the west by a plot formerly granted to William Coxhead, and on the east by a plot formerly granted to Henry Edwards. And all that messuage or dwelling house erected thereon lately called or known by the name of Albert Lodge but now Granville Lodge.
