Will of Walter Dallamore, 26 March 1806 Bequeathing to John Morris of Bladuds Buildings, city of Bath, Esq., Barrister at Law, the sum of £200; to James Dallamore, now residing at Chippenham, Bank Clerk, the sum of £200; to Martha Frances late of Namsbury, c. Wilts but now of Devizes, Spinster, the sum of £100; to his servant John Andrews if living with him at the time of his decease, the sum of £100. Bequeathing to his cousin Francis Savage the sum of £5000 on his attaining the age of 21, if he should die before the age of 21 the said sum to go to the residuary legatee. Bequeathing to his house keeper Olley Rawlings if she is living with him at the time of his decease a yearly annuity of £80 for the term of her natural life; also to Frances Davis of Green Street, city of Bath, Widow, an annuity of £50 for the term of her natural life. And as to his freehold messuage being 6 Green Street, now in the possession of Frances Davis as his tenant the same is devised to the said Olley Rawlings and Frances Davis during the term of their lives, and after their decease to John Wiltshire, Esq., of Shockerwick, c. Wilts. All his messuage called the Saracen's Head in Broad Street and all those messuages or tenements called the Bull Yard also situate in Broad Street are bequeathed to his relation John Savage and his heirs. All other his messuages or tenements, lands, meadows, pastures and other grounds, and all other his estate is bequeathed to his nephew John Wiltshire.
Codicil to the Will of Walter Dallamore, 14 May 1806 Bequeathing to Miss Ann Wiltshire the sum of £2000, to Miss Maria Wiltshire the sum of £2000, and to Miss Helen or Ellen Wiltshire the sum of £2000.
