Whereas there is now due and owing from 1. to 2. a sum of £400, and whereas at the request of 1., 2. has agreed to lend to her the further sum of £100 to make a total sum of £500.
All that plot of ground situate on the south side of a road called Weston Lane in the p. Weston, containing in width 37 feet fronting to a new intended road on the south side, and maintaining the same width throughout, and in depth from north to south 308 feet on the west side and 307 feet 6 inches on the east. Bounded on the west by a plot granted or intended to be granted to William Coxhead, and on the east by a plot granted or intended to be granted to Henry Edwards. and all that messuage or dwelling house erected thereon lately called or known by the name of Albert Lodge but now Granville Lodge, from 1. to 2. Consideration: £400 already due and owing, and the further sum of £100 (5%) from 2. to 1.

Whereas the within named Alexander Meek, by his will dated 15 October 1888 appointed 1. and Henry Edmonstone Medlicott executors thereof. Whereas the said Alexander Meek died on the 20 December 1888, his said will being proved on 8 March 1889 in the Salisbury District by the said Executors. Whereas the said Henry Edmonstone Medlicott died on 5 September 1916. Whereas the within mentioned sum of £500 is still due and owing, 3. have agreed to pay to 1. the said sum on the transfer to them of the said mortgage.
The principle sum of £500 from 1. to 3. and the premises from 1. to 2. in trust for 3. Consideration; £500 from 3. to 1.
