All that premises as hereinbefore recited [All that plot of ground situate on the south side of a road called Weston Lane in the p. Weston, containing in width 37 feet fronting to a new intended road on the south side, and maintaining the same width throughout, and in depth from north to south 308 feet on the west side and 307 feet 6 inches on the east. Bounded on the west by a plot granted or intended to be granted to William Coxhead, and on the east by a plot granted or intended to be granted to Henry Edwards. and all that messuage or dwelling house erected thereon lately called or known by the name of Albert Lodge but now Granville Lodge], from 1. to 2.
Consideration: All interest on the several sums of £400, £100 and £200, having been paid, the total sum of £700 from 2. to 1.
