All that messuage situate in Broad Street, p. St. Michael without the Northgate, city of Bath, between a tenement of James Dallamore on the south side, a tenement of Henry Brewer on the north, and openeth into the said street on the west, and now seperated into six small tenements, in the possession of Walter Dallamore or his tenants. And also several closes of meadow or pasture ground, being all those meadow or pasture grounds being heretofore one ground but now divided into two grounds commonly called or known by the name of the Bath Cross Furlong, 16a. 1 1/2 r.., p. Weston, between the common highway from Bath to Weston on the north, a ground heretofore of John Hiscock but now of ____ Hooper on the east, and the grounds heretofore of John Bletchly but now of the said Walter Dallamore on the south; and all that parcel of meadow called Locks, 10a., part thereof adjoining to the said Bath Cross Furlong on the east, a ground formerly of the said John Bletchly and now of the said Walter Dallamore and the lands late of Sir Philip Parker on the west, the ground late of James Tilley on the south and a ground called Locks otherwise Rack Hill heretofore of Robert Wiltshire, since of Roger Waters, and now of the said Walter Dallamore on the north; and all that parcell of meadow, 1/2a., adjoining to the said ground called Locks on the southside and lying in the ground of the said James Tilley; and all that aforesaid ground called Locks alias Rack Hill that was of the said Robert Wiltshire, since of Roger Waters, and now of the said Walter Dallamore, 2a.; all which said closes of meadow are within p. Weston and all of which, except the close called Locks alias Rack Hill, were sometime purchased from Mr William Danvers and are now in the possession of the said Walter Dallamore his tenant or tenants.
