Bequeathing his personal estate unto James Hammett, late of Lansdown Crescent, Bath, Esq., but then residing at Boulongue Sur Mer in France; his son in law Augustine Edmund Christopher Strickland, Esq.; Townshend Kirkwood of Bishop Tawton, nr. barnstaple, Devonshire, Esq.; and his nephew William Lewis of Woburn Place, p. Saint George, Bloomsbury, c. Middlesex, Gent., upon Trust to sell the whole thereof.
