A plot of ground heretofore part of closes called the Hayes Furlong and the Hayes Lower Furlong, lately conveyed by James Tomkinson and Elizabeth Wood surviving trustees of John Wood late of the city of Bath, afterwards Batheaston, deceased, to 2. in trust for 1. Next to a street lately called Milk Street but now intended to be called Marlborough Buildings, bounded on the east by the street intended to be called Marlborough Buildings, on the west by the Town or Bath Commons, on the south by the part of the said premises conveyed to 2 in trust for Charles Viner, and on the north by the part of the said premises conveyed to 2. in trust for Thomas King.
