Whereas by her will of 1 November 1850, proved 19 October 1857, Sarah Wogan Browne gave the premises unto John Augustus Brown marshall and Harold Kynnesman Mapleloft Brook in trust to permit Elizabeth Marshall the use of the property, and upon her death, in trust to permit Anna Maria Spencer the use thereof, upon her decease the testatrix gave and divised the premises to John Augustus Brown Marshall and Henry James Marshall equally as tenants in common. And whereas under the will of John Augustus Brown Marshall, dated 28 November 1861, proved 27 December 1861, one equal half part or share in the premises was settled to used under which 1. is tenant for life, in possession thereof. 3. being the trustees of the said will.
