Description
1. Anne Richardson, city of Bath, widow.
2. The Reverend Charles Abel Moysey, Doctor in Divinity, Archdeacon of the city of Bath, and Elizabeth Susanna his wife, late Elizabeth Susanna Stewart.
3. Frederick Moysey of Lincoln's Inn. c. Middlesex, Esq., and Richard Napier, of Montague St., Russel Sq., in the same county, Esq.

1. is seized in fee simple of the land and messuage herinafter mentioned, and being desirous of making provisions for 2., the said Elizabeth Susanna Moysey being her granddaughter, has offered and agreed to convey the premises to 3. in trust for 2.
Under and by virtue of the settlement made on the marriage of Sir James Stewart, Baronet, with Susanna his wife, the said Elizabeth Susanna Moysey now has an interest in the sum of £3000 limited and settled for the benefit of the younger children of the said Sir James Stewart by the said Susanna his wife. It has been agreed between 2. that such interest shall be assigned to 3. in trust.

Plot of land and Messuage or Tenement thereon, numbered 24 Marlborough Buildings

Consideration: Premises to 3. for the use of 1. for life, then 2. for life, then any children thereof for life, and remainders. Also £300 from 1. to 2. annually. Also £3000 from 2. to 3. in trust for investment.
