Next to a street lately called Milk Street but now intended to be called Marlborough Buildings, bounded on the east by the street intended to be called Marlborough Buildings, on the west by the Town or Bath Commons, on the south by the part of the said premises conveyed to 2 in trust for John Fielder, and on the north by the part of the said premises conveyed to 2. in trust for James Broom.
