That plot or parcell of ground, part of and lying at the upper or northward side of the close called Winniard [Vineyard], bounded on the north by the road leading towards Walcot, on the south by another plot of ground on the close called Winniard being the inheritance of Thomas Omer, on the east with the pathway leading to and from Walcot Church, and on the west with the other part of the Winniard. Also the messuage on the same plot of ground erected and built together also with the use in common with Thomas Omer, or any other as should erect and build houses on the said close called Winniard.
Consideration: £600 at 4% per annum
