2. William Townsend of the City of Bath, c. of Somerset, Silversmith, and John Naish of Lambridge, p. of Walcot, in the said county, Tanner (Trustee nominated by and on behalf of William Townsend).

That plot or parcell of ground, part of and lying at the upper or northward side of the close formerly called Winniard (or Vineyard) in the p. of Walcot, c. of Somerset, bounded on the north by the way leading from Lansdown Road towards Walcot, on the south by the Messuage and Garden in the possesion of Mr Sheppard, on the east with the pathway or terrace leading to and from Walcot Church, and on the west by a plot of ground granted, or intended to be granted in Trust to William Phillips, Iron Monger. And all that messuage or tenement and all buldings erected or built on the said plot, late in the possession of John lloyd Esq., and since of Captain West, but then void, and now of [...]Clodwick, as tennant thereof.
