Description
1. Mr Thomas Mills of Keynsham, Carpenter.
2. Phoebe Green of Keynsham.
3. Edward Lyne Esq of Bath.

Whereas Phoebe Green is seized of or well & sufficiently entitled to a messuage or tenement, stable & premises in the parish of Keynsham for the residue of a term of 99 years on the lives of John Burk & Leah Ashiot & also land in Twerton.
Also, household goods, furniture & implements of household victuallers’ stock & other property & effects listed in the inventory.
Phoebe assigns the properties in Keynsham & Twerton to Edward Lyne to be held upon trust until the marriage to Thomas Mills. When married they revert to Phoebe Green but not Thomas Mills. After both their deaths Edward Lyne to dispose of the properties & estate, the proceeds to go to Phoebe Greens children by her first husband William Green
