Apprenticeship arranged by the Churchwardens for 5 years. £10 paid from the John Bowles Charity to 4 to be trained in the Art, Trade or Mystery of Plumbing & Electrical Work. To be paid weekly as follows;
1st year – 8s; 2nd year – 10s; 3rd year – 12s; 4th year – 16s; 5th year – 18s.
A different form was used for this. The Churchwardens were Robert Hunt & Archibald Gray. The father was Harry W Stock.
