1st year – 5s; 2nd year – 7s 6d; 3rd year – 10s; 4th year – 12s 6d; 5th year – 15s. Gets 4 days holiday with no stoppage of wages, e.g. Christmas Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday & Whit Monday. Food & lodgings to be provided by the parent.
