1st year – 7s 6d; 2nd year – 10s; 3rd year – 15s; 4th year – 20s. Gets 4 days holiday with no stoppage of wages, e.g. Christmas Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday & Whit Monday. Food & lodgings to be provided by the parent.
