All that now erected messuage or dwelling house called Yew Tree House with a Wagon House Brew House and other outhouses then lately built by Thomas Webb and formerly belonged to Mr Oldfield and then in the possession of Richard Dowdell as tenant of said Thomas Webb.
Also all that Barn formerly called Hill House with a Woad Yard nearly adjoining the last mentioned premises then in the possession of Thomas Webb.
Also all that Close of meadow or pasture Ground known by the name of Lime Kiln Ground containing 3 acres bounded on the E side by the High road leading from Keynsham to Burnett and on the W by the River Chew in the possession of Richard Dowdell and formerly belonged to a Mr. North.
And also, all those 4 cottages or Tenements then lately built by Thomas Webb on part of the Close of Ground called the Lime Kiln Ground and then with a Garden enclosed in with the same in the several occupations of William Hitchman Job Cantle Thomas Batt and William Ollis as Tenants.
Thomas Webb was also required to insure the property for £200 with the Bath Fire Office, policy number 4923 bearing the date of 26th April 1790.
Consideration: £300 at 4.5% interest
