Description

All that Messuage or Tenement Garden Woad Yard and premises now in the possession of Daniel Durbin bounded on the NE side by the High road leading from Bristol to Bath, on the SW side by a close of Ground in the possession of Joseph Oldfield, on the NW side by the River Chew and near to a bridge called Chew Bridge and on the SE side by the farm premises of the said Joseph Oldfield.
Also all that Ruinous Messuage or Tenement called Hill House with the Close of Ground adjoining containing 2a 1r 16 p, now in the possession of the said Joseph Oldfield bounded on the NE partly by the High road and partly by the premises last described, on the S side by an Orchard in the possession of William Veale and on the W side by the River Chew.
Also all that tenement or Cottage house Garden and Orchard in the possession of William Veale bounded on the E side partly by the High Road and partly by the Lane leading from Cooks Bridge to the High Road, on the W side partly by a Close of Ground in the possession of William North and partly by the River Chew, on the N side by the Close of Ground of Joseph Oldfield and on the S side by the Close of Ground of William North called Running Waggon Together with the cart or Waggon house opposite the premises and adjoining to the Wall of a Close of Ground of His Grace the Duke of Chandos called Garsons and standeth on the waste Ground in the High Road.
Also all that Close of Ground called Running Waggon and now in the possession of William North Bounded on the E side by part of the premises last described, on the W side by the River Chew, on the N side by an Orchard belonging to the premises last described, and on the S side by the Lane leading from Cooks Bridge.
All which said premises are in the parish and manor of Keynsham.
