All that Messuage or Tenement Garden Woad Yard and premises now in the possession of Daniel Durbin bounded on the NE side by the High road leading from Bristol to Bath, on the SW side by a close of Ground in the possession of Joseph Oldfield, on the NW side by the River Chew and near to a bridge called Chew Bridge and on the SE side by the farm premises of the said Joseph Oldfield. Also all that Ruinous Messuage or Tenement called Hill House with the Close of Ground adjoining containing 2a 1r 16 p, now in the possession of the said Joseph Oldfield bounded on the NE partly by the High road and partly by the premises last described, on the S side by an Orchard in the possession of William Veale and on the W side by the River Chew.
