Before 29 September next, a good & indefensible estate of inheritance in fee simple. All that Messuage or tenement with backside & garden & several small pieces of land & also the Overs being the Cleeves from New Bridge to the Hams, in the possession of Caleb Sheppard, in the parish & manor of Keynsham, which Caleb Sheppard holdeth by Copy of Court Roll bearing the date 17 July 1738 from Thomas Whitmore Esq. Edward Bridges agrees to pay John Dutton the £70 owing.
Consideration: £14 as deposit, £70 to be paid
