2. James Wise, Keynsham, Batteryman & Sarah his wife nee Godfrey, daughter & devisee of James Godfrey, Keynsham, blacksmith, her late father dec’d, & Michael Phillips, Bristol, Ships Carpenter & Sarah his wife, nee Sarah Wise devisee of James Godfrey her grandfather

Exchange of 2 pieces of land. Edward Lyne had The Hurn, 3a 3r 2p bounded on the east by a close called Brains Hurn & partly by a close called Playshut, on the west by a close also called the Hurn, on the north by a close also called Playshut, on south by a close called Upfield in parish & manor of Keynsham.
James Godfrey dec’d by his will devised his land called Weekhows [Wick House] Ground or Stoney Lease, 3a 2r bounded on east by the executors of Daniel Pye called Stoney Lease, on west by other ground of these Executors called Round Moor & Middlefield, to Sarah Wise for her natural life & then to Sarah Phillips.
All have agreed to exchange the closes of ground.
