Celia Wilcox agreed that for the duration of her forthcoming marriage to Edward Lyne, that he should receive the proceeds for her £3,900 estate but if he died it would then be for her sole use. She also agreed that if he died first, she would not have an automatic right to his estate.
Celia assigned the £3,900 to Cornelius Adams & John Lansdowne in trust.
