Piece of Arable Ground called Brinslett containing 2r 23p bounded on the East by the highway leading from Keynsham to Burnett, on the West by lands of Edward Popham Esq & on the North by a piece of ground in the possession of Edward Lyne also called Brinslett.
Which said last 2 mentioned doles were lately in the possession of Sarah Bowles deceased.

Close of Pasture Ground called Park Lane containing 7a 3r 12p bounded on the East by the backside of 2 Messuages in the possession of Mr Daniel & Mr Whippie, on the West by a lane called Park Lane, on the North by a piece of ground in the possession of Edward Lyne & on the South by a Close or Piece of Ground called Bayly’s Leaze which said piece of ground last mentioned is now held by a Lease for the remainder of 99 years or 2 lives.

Also all that piece of Pasture called Bayly’s Leaze containing 5a 3r bounded on the East by a Ground in the possession of John Withman called Clement’s Close, on the West by Park Lane & on the North by ground called Park Lane Piece.
Now held by William Daniel by 2 99-year leases dated 6 August 1747 & 19 June 1760 determinable on the lives of Joseph Daniel, George Daniel & Joseph Hook. Yearly rent 5s 4d, herriot 10s.

All that Messuage or tenement with Garden, Orchard & Backside in the possession of Edward Lyne.
1 Close of Pasture Ground containing 2a 2r 21p adjoining the East side of the Messuage & on the West by the lane called Park Lane.
1 Dole in Upfield containing 2a 18p bounded on the East by a dole in the possession of Joseph Kelston & on the West by a dole in the possession of William Purnell.
1 Dole on the South side of a Close of Ground called Berrils containing 1r 34p.
1 Dole in the common field called Northfield containing 1r 25p last & southmost dole in the said field shooting North West & South East.
All which said Messuage, lands & premises first mentioned are held by Edward Lyne for the lives of himself & his father William Lyne by Copy of Court Roll dated 9 April 1746. Yearly rent 2s 4d, herriot 10s.

Close of pasture called Park Lane Close containing 3a 24p abutting on the East of a Close in the possession of Thomas Boulter called Footlands & bounded on the West by the lane called Park Lane.
1 Dole or Parcel of Arable Land in Upfield containing 3a 16p adjoining on the North by a dole in the possession of William Daniel & on the South to a dole in the possession of Mary Seymour.
1 Dole or Parcel of Land lying in Upfield containing 3r 14p adjoining on the East to a dole in the possession of Ann Pinker & on the West by a dole in the possession of Thomas Ford.
