Reciting of how Thomas Coules owned the land outright. Once it was proved Thomas Bowles the younger had died the land was transferred to Thomas Coules to pay off the debt. Reciting lease & release 5/6 October 1699 between Walter Vaughan of Cwmyoy, Monmouthshire, gent, cousin of Joane Cecil, & Johane his wife, & Walter Cecil of 1st part & William Powell of the other, all lands belonging to Herbert Vaughan & his daughter in Somerset from Walter Vaughan to William Powell.
