Walcot, bounded on the east by Hayes Furlong, on the west by a road leading from London Road to the Upper East Hayes, on the north partly by a freehold piece of ground called James Bayly's High Meer and partly by another piece of freehold ground called the Tyning or High Meer lately belonging to ____ Rabins, and on the south by London Road, for a term of 99 years.

Consideration: £27 for the first year, £30 for the second and third years, and £91.7s p.a. thereafter.
Covenant: That within 5 years 2. shall spend £5000 in the building of houses thereon.
