Whereas James Dallamore and Ann Dallamore now also owe £300 to John Hooper, and that they also now owe £500 to Abel Moysey. Whereas Abel Moysey has called in the debt of £500, James Dallamore being unprovided therewith has applied to John Hooper to advance and lend the same to him, to pay the said Abel Moysey, to which John Hooper has agreed. Premises as before from 1. and 2. to 4. in trust for 3. for the residue of a term of 500 years. Consideration: £500 from 3. to 1.
Whereas £800 is still due and owing to John Hooper. Whereas James Dallamore has requested the said Thomas Whittington lend the same to him in order to pay the said £800 to John Hooper, to which Thomas Whittington has agreed.
