Whereas a marriage is shortly to be had between Ann Gally and Walter Dallamore the Younger, it is agreed that the lands and premises of Ann Gally should be conveyed in trust as hereinafter mentioned.
New erected messuage at the north end of the barn adjoining thereto wherein Ann Gally and Mary Gally, daughters of James Gally, dec'd., now dwell, and all that part of the garden lying behind the said messuage and barn now in the possession of Ann Gally, and all that orchard adjoining thereto and extending down to part of the River Avon. All that acre of arable land near Lansdown Way now or late in the possession of Peter Hooper. All that close of arable or pasture ground called Primble Sleight [als. Brimble Sleight] now or late in the possession of Charles Davis. 2a. of arable land lying under Little Hill in the possession of Francis Capel. A close of pasture called Mutcombe (1a.) Common pasture for 15 sheep and 1 Rother Beast [Ox or Cow] in the common fields and waste grounds of Walcot. All of which lands are in the Parish of Walcot, c. Somerset, from 1. to 2. in trust.
