Whereas Sir Henry Chandos Rivers contracted with 3. for the sale of the yearly rentcharge of £21 issuing out of 12 Charlotte Street, alias 'The Bath Savings Bank' and the Fee Simple and inheritance thereof at the price of £525. Whereas Sir Henry Chandos Rivers died without completing the contract of sale, the parties hereto are desirous of completing the same.
