'The whole of the hereditaments and premises comprised in the within written indenture (except plots in the schedules hereto) were put up for sale by Auction in 265 distinct lots on the 22rd, 23rd, and 24th May 1856, and all such plots except lots 130 and 131 (comprising the reversion in fee of 2 messuages, 27 and 36 Rivers Street, expectant on the expiration of a term of years) have been sold, and conveyed to the respective purchasers.
Schedule 1: 5 plots of ground as in the within mentioned lease of 25 March 1790 Plot of ground forming the enclosed centre area of St. James' Square. Plot of ground forming part of the garden belonging to Rock House. Plot of ground lying on the west side of Lansdown Road, opposite Spencer's Belle Vue. Plot of ground forming the southwest corner of the gardens lying to the south and southwest of Rock House. Plot of ground, 4 feet wide, extending from the last mentioned plot to the wall of the garden at Rock house.
Schedule 2: Messuages and premises in St. James' Square and Park Street as in the within mentioned lease of 25 March 1790 16, 17, 18, and 19 St. James' Square. 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42 Park Street. The unfinished messuage adjoining 25 Park Street. A plot of ground on the north side of the last mentioned premises.
Further Memoranda: Since the aforesaid sale the whole of the messuages and premises in the second schedule have been sold by private contract and conveyed to the purchasers.
