Whereas by several indentures the estates in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd schedules annexed hereto are charged with the aggregate principle sum of £42257.6.10 with interest at 5%.
Whereas in order to better secure payment of the interest of the said principle sum it has been agreed by 1. and 2. that a Receiver of the rents and profits of the aforesaid hereditaments should be appointed.

3. is appointed as Receiver of the estates in the schedules annexed hereto, but not until such time as default may be made on the aforesaid interest.
