Whereas 2. in pursuance of the provision of sale in the aforesaid Indenture of 19 June 1834, sometime since sold the Advowson at a price of £1740.
Whereas 2. are desirous of investing the said money, in manner dictated by the said Indenture, have contracted with 1. for the purchase of the messuages and hereditaments hereinafter mentioned for £1220.

Parcel of land (3r.20p.), p. Walcot, together with the 6 messuages erected thereon called Claremont Place and numbered 7, 8, 9, 10., 11, and 12, five of which are now in the respective occupations of William Perry, Thomas Hibbert, Mrs Rider, Mrs Eascoll, and Mrs Manier, the other being no. 7 is empty. And also all that plot of ground, p. Walcot, on the eastward side of and adjoining Claremont Place, containing 6p. upon which 4 messuages have sometime since been erected, but 2 of which said messuages have since been pulled down, the remaining 2 being in the respective occupations of William Abrahams and William Newton.
