Whereas 1. and 2. have applied to 3. to lend them the further sum of £14000, in addition to the two sums of £10000, already so advanced, to which 3. have agreed.

The Fee Farm rents, messuages, tenements, lands, and hereditaments in the first, second and third schedules annexed hereto, being lands in the parish of Walcot, c. Somerset. [As recited]

Consideration: The two sums of £10000 each as already secured and advanced by some of the herein before recited indentures, and the present sum of £14000 from 3. to 1. and 2.

Consideration: £10136.19.9 and £10139.3.7 as before paid, and £14222.13.1 as hereby paid.
