Sir Henry Rivers requests and directs John Clayton Freeling and Henry Daubenay to reinvest the proceeds of the sale of the Advowson of the Church of Walcot, being £1740, in the re-payment of Sir Henry Rivers as relates to his personal expenditure on improvements to the entailed estate.
Seal of Sir Henry Rivers, the arms of Rivers and Rivers, being the arms of Rivers as Baronets of Chafford quartered as an augmentation with the arms of Sir John Rivers, Knt., Lord Mayor of London, direct ancestor of Sir Henry Rivers.
